HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To take advantage of the free return of an item purchased on Damico.com, you must return it within

30 days from the date of dispatch of your order.

The options for returning the goods are as follows:

1. Damico shop
You can return your order to any Damico store in the same country / region where the purchase was made and where the section to which the items to be returned belong is located.

Just deliver the items to be returned together with the purchase receipt. You can show it from your mobile phone or print it.

Do not forget that for the return to the store it is not necessary to make a request via the web / APP.

Keep in mind that in the event that you cannot go to the store, someone you can trust can do it for you.

How can you access your purchase receipt?

  • If you have an account on Damico.com, log in with your username and password. In the details of the order to be returned you will find the option to download your electronic receipt.

  • If you have made the purchase as a guest user, you will find the receipt in the link in the e-mails we sent you relating to your order.

If you made the purchase as a registered user: login with your username and password.
If you made the purchase as a guest user: request the return by accessing the link in the e-mails we sent you relating to your order.

Remember to send the items to be returned within 30 days from the shipping date of your purchase, before the return deadline expires.

  • You have 30 days from the shipping date to change your purchase of Damico.com for FREE.

    You can change the size or color of your items. If you prefer to make a change with another garment you will need to request a return and make a new purchase.

    Changing an item purchased on Damico.com is very simple. Go to a Damico shop where the same section to which the article belongs with the purchase receipt in paper or electronic format.

    If you decide to request a replacement through Damico.com, access your order and select the item you want to return and the size with which you want to change it. To return the original article, you can consult the RETURNS section.

    The refund will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase. Once done, you will receive confirmation of the return via e-mail.

    If more than 14 days have elapsed but a refund is not yet available on your bank account, please show this confirmation to your bank, so that they can help you speed up the process.
