The refund will be made with the original payment method used for the purchase. Remember that exchanges and returns can only be made in the same country / region where the items were purchased.

Special conditions for changing or returning some items:

  • Swimsuits: must include the hygienic adhesive.

  • Linen: it will not be possible to change or return underwear items, with the exception of

    top, body and underwear of the Children section in the original packaging.

  •  Accessories: must be returned with the original unopened package.

  • Perfumes: must be returned in the original sealed packaging.

  •  Cosmetics: they must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

  •  Customizable items: Being custom items, it will not be possible to make returns

    nor change.


Some of our stores have IPOD mobile devices which can be used to purchase items online that are not available in the store itself. Ask our staff for more information, who will inform you about this method of purchase.

Options for submitting the IPOD order - You can use any of the shipping methods available for your country / region, including shipping to the same store where you are.
Complete payment for an IPOD order - You can complete the payment via the same mobile device or at the store cashier.

Options for returning your IPOD order - If you have made the payment at the store checkout, you can return the goods to that store or to any Zara store in the same country / region. If you paid online, you will have the option to return to the store or any other return option available for online purchases in your country / region.
